JOY IN HIS PRESENCE

WHAT MATTERS
9/6/2016
Dr. C. Branker
The purpose of prayer is not a time of submitting our request and petition to God, but a time of communication  with Him and enjoying His presence.
When a little child like our presence, and refuses to go to someone else, we feel good on the inside and our heart melts.
So too with our Heavenly Father. He enjoys our presence and would never drive us away. John 6:37 "All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away."
Matthew 18:3 ""Truly I tell you," He said, "unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
Prayer consist of worship, request, meditation and praise.
It is never meant to be a dropping off or delivering of request. It is the most precious time of the day, it is being in Gods presence and that is where each day begins and ends.
LIVE A LIFE OF PRAYER!
