WHAT MATTERS

The Greek root word psyche (soul), pertains to man, who is completely different from any other biological creatures.
Therefore, a study of the soul (or spirit) of man which is known as psychology cannot alleviate his origin.
In the book of Job, God asked him a series of questions that he could not answer.
Job was no doubt mesmerized by what he had to endure by the hands of satan.
He was void of understanding, and his thoughts, (soul) was greatly troubled.
Read Job chapter 38.
A good psyche is described in Proverbs 3:5-8 "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.”
