LIFE IS HOW YOU WANT IT.

There are so many things that can cloud the mind.
There are old things and new ones each day. The ones that are not good for us are those that are fixed in the mind and has now become part of the thinking process.
Negative and opposing thoughts are the roadblocks to progress. 
They create fear, no self esteem, intimidation and disillusionment.
Each of us is responsible for what we encourage in our thought process. We must redirect negative thoughts away from our mind and replace the thoughts that enhance positiveness which enhances self- affirmation.
Nature offers  an array of life, beauty and colors; take a walk in a botanical park and experience the purifying of the mind.
