Topic: Can you
     Trust you
       Conscience?

 Biblical passage:
And for this reason I try to always have a conscience without offense before God and before men.  (Acts 24:16)

 INTRODUCTION
"Let your conscience be your guide."  This bit of popular knowledge seems to make sense, since our conscience is made to help us discern good from evil.  However, internal radar cannot always be trusted as a guide;  That is the case of non-believers, who do not have the Holy Spirit to tell them the truth and guide them to make wise decisions.  And although we Christians have the Spirit of God dwelling in us, we must be careful not to harbor sin, since this can interfere with the way our morality sensor works.
A trustworthy conscience is programmed with biblical teaching.  Believers build a firm and sensitive spiritual radar system by applying God's truth to their lives.  They take the resolution to think and act in ways that honor and please the Lord.  Then, when sinful thoughts or alternatives appear on that radar, it will send a clear warning.
The person with a reliable conscience has the sincere desire to obey God.  It does not conform to what seems to be or look good, but seeks the will of the Lord.  That is, it is not based solely on your conscience, but incorporates all the tools of the Holy Spirit into your daily life: the Bible and prayer.
Consciousness is not our guide;  It is a tool of the Guide.  The Holy Spirit not only convinces us of sin, but also brings to mind the divine principles, and leads us on the right path.  He uses various instruments to conform to the likeness of Christ
 (Ro 8.29).

 Conclusion & Prayer
Lord, help me to develop a reliable conscience, to be filled with the teachings of Your Word, and reflected my willingness to follow and obey you.

Theme: Be a light of hope to someone.

 Biblical passage:
If you dedicate yourself to helping the hungry and to satisfy the need for the helpless, then your light will shine in the darkness, and your darkness will be as noonday.  (Isaiah 58:10).

 INTRODUCTION
God is passionate about helping people who are suffering and in need.  Over the years, as I have come closer to Him and my love for Him has grown, I have become more determined to live each day in a way that will improve the life of another person.  God's passion has become my passion.  Reaching others is not something we should do with our lips out.  It must be a priority to live the Christian life.
It takes determination and commitment to get to help others, but this is how God wants us to live.  God says that when you really give and serve others, He will use you.
If you reach beyond your own situation and bring the love of Christ to others, your peace and joy will increase, making the struggles you face seem to fade away.  And you will experience the amazing satisfaction of making a difference where it counts.
So consider this: Do you need to rearrange your priorities to make God's passion your passion?  Ask him to show you how you can reach others and bring His light and love to those who need it most.
If you live your life without helping others along the way, thou have lived your life in vain.

 Conclusion:🙏🏽
Lord, I want Your passion to be my passion.  Show me how to readjust my priorities and reach others the way you want me to do it.

In my years of living a christian lifestyle and sharing the message of John 3:16, “ For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life”, I never thought that I would live in a country that would embrace Christian Nationalism.
To embrace Christianity with Politics and ethnicity is to embrace God and Caesar.
Jesus clearly made that distinction in Mark 12:17. “ Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s and to God the things that are God’s”.
Caesar had to approve the new Jewish high priest every year, Caesar printed the new half- shekels so the Jews can give offerings and pay for their sins.
It had to be a seen when Jesus turned over those tables of the money changers in the temple. The coins with Caesar’s inscription was rolling everywhere on the floor.
That was a message of separating politics from God’s people.
America came so far with integration after treating their brothers and sisters of color below human standards, Christian churches were more integrated in the eighties and nineties in brotherly love, but we are now going back to separation and hateful political rhetoric that only open wounds of a horrible past.
Those who never got rid of their hate and prejudicial lifestyle, taught it to their children.
Jesus didn’t only pray for His disciples to be ONE,  but those who will believe in Him through their word. John 17:20.
History reminds us of the hate and cruelty of leaders who embraced Religion and nationalism. It didn’t work and never will.
The Ten Commandments was a written tablet on stone by the hand of God. It was to introduce Himself to a people who didn’t know Him. It was to teach them I Amas He did to Moses. .The children of Israel only saw and knew the gods of Egypt, but a few elders kept them focus and reminded them of His promise while in Goshen.

IT WAS NOT LEGISLATION, IT DIDN’T WORK UNTIL HE MADE A BETTER ONE..
Jesus mediated a better covenant with better promises that we as believers are hopeful and have confidence.

You cannot have a bunch of elected leaders writing legislation for RIGHTEOUSNESS. No sin is worse than the other, Jesus blood covers every sin because we were all born in sin.

Romans 3:23. “ For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”.

Righteousness was purchase on the cross of Calvary by the one and only Son of God  Jesus Christ.

My prayer is for every preacher of the gospel and the 77% of evangelicals who believe that we are doing the right thing, to have a prophetic glimpse of what will happen to America if we continue on this course.
