One of the greatest blessings in life, is to live near the beach.

To be able to walk in the sand and go in the water cannot be compared to anything else. 

The experience is free and rewarding, yet so many people forget or don't take advantage of this pleasure.

It is not man-made, but designed by The Master's hands for us to enjoy.

Refreshing, rejuvenating and relaxing, your body really doesn't want to leave the water.

Then at the end of the day, there is a sunset that will  cause your eyes to refrain from blinking. It is truly beautiful and pleasurable.

Another reason to give God praise.

A GLIMPSE OF HEAVEN

Recently I had a dream. I was standing before the Lord answering His questions before He would let me  enter heaven.

He asked me a few questions about the scriptures, concerning the life of Samuel, David, Moses and other prophets. 

He asked me where I would find certain scriptures and promises He made.

He asked me about the psalms and which psalm refer to His lovingkindness.

I was amazed of the way He quizzed me on the scriptures. Then He explained to me about the prayers I prayed, the ones He answered and the ones He did not.

He also explained every step of my journey on earth day by day.

Every thing had a perfect explanation, even my pain and disappointments.

When I entered in, the entire earth life and experience was erased. I entered in and my mind was completely filled with knowledge for my eternal life. 

Nothing was difficult to comprehend .

The mind is controlled by the choices we make.

When a thought enters the mind, we are responsible for for how we process that thought.

If a thought suggest to you to hurt someone or kill an animal, we are not influenced by just the thought, but how we process and deal with the thoughts will determine the outcome.

There are many suggestions of how we should live our lives, but choosing happiness is a choice that will determine a better outcome.

Believe in yourself, be stabled in mind.

The road to success is never a paved highway.

Ask anyone who have accomplished great financial gains, and you will hear the history of setbacks and struggles.

Failure is part of the journey, which only leads to perseverance and tenacity.

To fail does not mean to quit, but to try another way. 

The concept of a new idea is always brilliant but the reality is an unchartered course.

Keep working your ideas and dreams, the experience you will gain only prepares you for greater accomplishments and fulfillment.

If you fail, don't cancel the journey, the dream was given to you.

SHAKE UP IN BRITAIN

This morning we wake up to the news that Britain has voted to leave the European Union. The group of 28 nations states formed to avoid war and live in peace after World War Two.

With the influx of immigrants, financial instability and terrorist threats across Europe, people are panicking.

This news is not only about Britain, this will send an uneasiness among investors, banks and the financial markets around the world.

As the seas are connected, so are the tides.

Definitely, a sign of a troubled world and end time prophecies being fulfilled.

If you hope in God, you will not be disappointed. God has poured out His perfect love in our hearts generously.

When you trust in God, He sets you to an appointed time to reveal His miraculous work  which He has being doing for you behind the scenes. In your weakest moments of your struggles He was in control.

His love never changes nor fail, He loves steadfastly and strong, so that on the judgement day; we will stand in boldness knowing that His love is in us.

Be steadfast in His love.

If serving God is to love Him, then loving Him completes the circle of life because He  loved us first.

Manny Christians are fearful of God and death.

They are not sure about standing before Him, therefore death to them is a scary thing.

When we received Christ, we entered into a love relationship that was one-sided before Christ death.

Now, we are a part of His righteousness, life, and love by His Holy Spirit who makes all things perfect through His love. 

LET US SERVE HIM IN LOVE; AND LOVE  HIM WHILE WE SERVE.

Psalm 16:11. " You will show me the path of life;  In your presence is fullness of Joy;

At your right hand are pleasures forevermore."

Have you noticed that people will stand in long lines, waiting to get something they desire? Some people wait for days for a new electronic gadget, a ticket to see their favorite performer or a huge sale at a store. That gives them joy.

There has never been a line of people outside an emergency room willing to give any body part to save someone else's life. You may get blood from donors, but none will sacrifice their own life for someone else.

To give a major organ like a heart, eyes, brains has never happened unless that person is deceased and made previous plans for that.

The only time that has ever happened willingly by a living person was in Jerusalem over 2000 years ago.

Romans 5:8. " But God demonstrates His love towards us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

Of all the difficult things we face in life, the pain of the death of a love one is always tough.

Living is dying and dying is living. Death stops you in your tracts when the news comes to your ear. The shock, the sorrow with grief, the tears, the pain are all the emotions that are present at the same time.

All believers in Christ share the hope of life after death; eternal life with the Lord.

Psalm 16: 10&11, David's poem to God declares that He will not leave him in hell nor corruption, but into life and the joy of His presence. 

Rejoice because your name is written in The Lamb's Book Of Life.

FATHERS DAY

We celebrate Father's  Day to recognize and appreciate all fathers for their leadership and care they give their families.

Fatherhood is a God given responsibility design to teach, train, mentor and mold for future generations.

If a generation looses its fathers, the world will result in chaos.

This generation today speaks volume of fatherless men and women living in a world with no direction.

An earthly father, is the human example of the Heavenly Father. As he cares for his children in his home.

Our Heavenly Father, cares for all of mankind, and is ready, willing and able to lead all who desire to look to Him for leadership.

Everyone running a marathon is hopeful to reach the finish line and celebrate.

It doesn't matter whether you finish first or last, finishing is the goal.

Living a life of faith, is like running a marathon. 

You have to keep your thoughts on the outcome and your eyes on the prize.

Along the way, there are supporters and water stations for encouragement and quenching your thirst.

To maintain your faith, you will have to reach out at times for the help of others along the way. 

You are also running with others and each person has to endure his own  struggles to get to the finish line.

Keep on running.

LAWLESSNESS ABOUNDING

The killing of fifty people in a night club on Saturday by a young man, reflects the time we are living in.

Jesus told us in the scriptures, that there will come a time of hate and lawlessness.

We are experiencing this now. Not only between one another, but also electronically transmitted through social media for all to view and practice.

Our world is in great turmoil and trouble, yet politicians around the world are blind to fixing their nation's problems.

God is in control of all things, the answer is in Him. Nations have drifted away from righteousness because of neglecting their maker.

God said through His prophet Zechariah " Return to me," says the Lord of hosts." And I will return to you" Zechariah 1:3.

The answer to all nations is to return to God Now.

And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. 

Matthew 24:12.

It could cost a man a lot to earn respect.

 If he doesn't receive it from those around him, it is because they do not know the value of it nor desire it for themselves.

To highly esteem or show regard for someone, usually  comes from a heart of gratitude. 

Every culture on earth, has some kind of respect they teach among themselves. whether the elderly among the clan or the general population, respecting one another is part of their lifestyle.

You must first respect yourself, before you can respect someone else.

Love yourself first, then love others.

Family Is First And Last

In times of weakness, the people who are close to you are your greatest strength.

Loneliness and isolation is a set up for defeat and psychological  imprisionment.

There are many people in your life who love you and cherishes your company, and will always be there for you in your greatest need.

Never take this lightly, you cannot depend on strangers to be there for you. Even though they may offer temporary assistance, a true friend or relative will go the extra mile.

Telling yourself, nobody cares is not true, which sets you up for defeat and pain.

Family will always be the first and last in your life.

Keep the door open to your family.

The great works of God are unimaginable to humans. 

There will never be a day on earth when His works are revealed nor understood.

The sea with its depths and creatures that live beneath the waters. 

The microbic life form that live in the deepest depths where there is no light nor oxygen.

The strength of the wind that makes the waves and keep the currents moving.

The weight of the water suspended in space with the mountain and huge rocks.

Who knows the weight of the sea ,and the measure of its salt?

God alone, He is The Lord and Creator of the heavens and the earth.

When a man seeks wisdom early in his life, his course is set for understanding and sound knowledge.

Those whose household is led by a man of wisdom, will see pleasantness throughout their lives.

Those who contend with wisdom will bring destruction to their own soul and their children.

SEEK TRUTH

The world's greatest teacher and philosopher once said, 

"When you know the truth you will be free." John 8:32.

The sinfulness of the heart blinds the way of a person, but the Truth revealed is a lighted pathway to life.

The nature of humanity to run from Truth and Light goes back to the beginning.

It is always better to face all fears, pain and things that happened in the past with Truth. 

To keep covering the problems you face and not seeking all Truth, will only lead to more confusion of mind and wretchedness.

Jesus said, " I am the way, the truth, and the life." John 14:6.

We serve a Great and Awesome God, who loves us and cares for all our needs.

God alone can boast of His Name.

" I am the Lord, and there is no other; There is no God besides Me.

Your dreams are your passport to the future. 

Hold on to those dreams as a treasure of great price. There would be many times you,will experience set backs and discouragements. 

Do not give up of your dreams.

If you have tried to work them before and didn't get anywhere, wait, for there is an appointed time.

Dreams are not wishful thinking, they are design as GPS in our journey of life.

Your dreams were given to you and no one else.

ONE DAY AT A TIME

 What each day brings could be surprising and definitely unexpected.

There are many plans and marked calendars for accomplishments. However each day arrives with its own package.

Irrespective of the weather, a thunderstorm, extra cold or drizzle, you realize that your plans can quickly come to a halt.

What could be more of a set back is bad news concerning a friend or relative.

Any of these can happen and more.

I take pleasure in readjusting my mind and accepting the fact that I can do little to change things.

I try to relax and make the best of any bad situation so that I can give others encouragement and strength for the day.
